In 1989, we opened the first outlet of Hina Sushi in Shibuya. Hina Sushi is a new style all-you-can-eat Sushi restaurant loved by many customers where you can order your choice of Sushi from one piece, and is operated mainly in Tokyo.

In addition, we offer a monthly seasonal ingredient “recommendation of the month” and a “limited selection” ingredient that is ordered once per person.We also offer preeminently fresh ingredients that are procured directly from the fishing port every day.
