Since its establishment in 1989, Hina Sushi has been loved by many customers as a high-quality all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant.
Our sushi chefs carefully select quality seafood and other ingredients sourced from across Japan and prepare each piece of sushi with skill and care.
We offer a wide selection of sushi, including premium sushi selections such as toro (fatty tuna), uni (sea urchin), and ikura (salmon roe), as well as seasonal specialties. Now, we are pleased to introduce our Muslim-friendly services, available in addition to our regular dining plans, so that guests from around the world can enjoy authentic Japanese sushi through our all-you-can-eat dining experience.
■Halal All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Plan
■Use of Only Halal-Certified Seasonings
We use only third-party halal-certified seasonings, including essential ingredients for sushi preparation such as soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, and sake.
■Muslim-Friendly Food Ingredients and Dietary Accommodations
For this plan, we do not use any pork, pork-derived ingredients, or cooking alcohol such as sake in our food preparation. However, please note that our kitchen, cooking utensils (such as knives and cutting boards), and tableware are shared with regular menu items, though they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. In addition, alcoholic beverages are served on the premises. We kindly ask for your understanding.
■Prayer Space
A prayer space is available inside the restaurant. Prayer mats and a qibla compass are provided for your convenience. Please note that restroom and ablution facilities are not available inside the restaurant.
■Information Available on Each Table
Information about our halal policy and dining guidelines is provided on each table in both English and Japanese.
We also offer other dining plans. Please feel free to contact us regarding customized plans, budgets, and dietary requests including vegan, vegetarian, kosher, and other special dietary requirements.
